For cancellations or booking changes, guests must notify Santosails Athens in writing by email.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before embarkation incur no charge, and any amount paid is refunded.
• Changes requested more than 72 hours before embarkation are subject to availability and do not incur additional fees.
• If no suitable alternative is available, any amount paid is refunded, except in the case of special offers or expressly non-refundable rates.
• Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of embarkation incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days from the date the written cancellation notice is received, although the exact timing may vary depending on the originating bank or payment provider.

These Terms apply to all semi-private morning and sunset cruises operated by Santosails Athens.
Semi-private cruises are offered on a per-person basis and are operated according to the published itinerary, schedule, and availability.
Santosails Athens reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the route, stops, timing, menu, or onboard inclusions whenever necessary due to weather conditions, safety reasons, operational requirements, or port authority instructions.

These Terms apply to all private morning cruises, private sunset cruises, full-day private catamaran cruises, and tailor-made private charters.
Private experiences are offered exclusively for the booked group and are subject to the agreed guest capacity, route, timing, and inclusions.
Santosails Athens reserves the right to amend the route, replace stops, shorten or extend stop duration, or adjust the overall schedule whenever this is considered necessary for safety, weather conditions, sea conditions, operational reasons, or the captain's judgment.

Motor catamaran experiences may include extended coastal cruises, island-hopping routes, and tailor-made day experiences at sea.
All such routes are subject to weather conditions, sea state, daylight availability, port traffic, safety restrictions, and the captain's final judgment.
Santosails Athens reserves the right to amend the route, replace destinations or swimming stops, or adjust departure and return times whenever required for safety or operational reasons.
Where lunch is arranged at a seaside restaurant or another third-party venue, that service is provided independently by the venue. Unless otherwise stated in writing, restaurant charges are paid directly by guests. Santosails Athens is not responsible for restaurant pricing, menu changes, delays, service issues, or food allergies not communicated in advance.

All cruises and sea experiences are operated subject to weather conditions and the final judgment of the captain.
Santosails Athens reserves the right to cancel, postpone, shorten, or modify a cruise in cases including but not limited to:

• strong winds or rough seas
• heavy rain or storms
• port restrictions or coast guard instructions
• technical issues
• material damage
• force majeure
• any other circumstance affecting safety or service quality

If Santosails Athens cancels a cruise and no suitable alternative can be offered, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
No compensation is due for route changes, stop substitutions, timing adjustments, or shortened duration where such changes are made for safety, legal, weather-related, or operational reasons.

In rare cases of overbooking, technical issues, damage, or other unforeseen operational circumstances, Santosails Athens reserves the right to substitute the originally booked vessel with another vessel of similar or superior category, specifications, and comfort.
Such substitution does not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation, provided that the essential characteristics of the booked experience remain substantially the same.

Guests are requested to arrive on time at the designated embarkation point stated in their booking confirmation.
All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
Santosails Athens reserves the right to refuse embarkation or terminate participation without refund in cases involving:

• intoxication
• dangerous or disruptive behavior
• non-compliance with safety instructions
• conduct that may endanger the vessel, crew, or other guests

Guests are responsible for informing Santosails Athens prior to departure of any significant medical condition, mobility limitation, pregnancy, allergy, dietary restriction, or any other circumstance that may affect safe participation or onboard service.

Participation in swimming, snorkeling, and any other sea activity is entirely at the guest's own risk and is always subject to crew instructions, sea conditions, and local regulations.
Guests are expected to use the provided equipment responsibly and to follow all onboard safety guidance.
Santosails Athens reserves the right to restrict or prohibit sea activities at any time if conditions are considered unsuitable or unsafe.

Cruise inclusions vary depending on the selected experience and may include meals, snacks, open bar, towels, snorkeling equipment, life jackets, floating noodles, Wi-Fi, and onboard audio connection.
Santosails Athens reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions to food, beverages, or inclusions where necessary due to availability, seasonality, supplier issues, or operational reasons.
Guests must communicate allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements in advance. Santosails Athens will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Guests are responsible for arriving at the embarkation point on time.
In the event of delay, guests must contact Santosails Athens as soon as possible.
If a guest or group fails to arrive on time and the cruise cannot be delayed for operational or safety reasons, the booking may be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the booking amount may be charged.

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings during and after the cruise.
Santosails Athens, its crew, staff, and affiliates accept no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on board, during embarkation or disembarkation, or after the end of the cruise.
Any items left on board and later found may be returned where reasonably possible, but Santosails Athens is under no obligation to store or ship lost property.

Santosails Athens shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, inconvenience, or expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather conditions, sea conditions, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party actions.
Participation in the cruise and any related sea activity is undertaken at the guest's own responsibility, subject always to the applicable laws and any mandatory liability provisions.

Children are welcome on board only under the supervision and full responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety, behavior, and supervision of minors throughout the entire experience.
Santosails Athens reserves the right to apply age-related restrictions depending on the cruise type, route, weather conditions, or safety requirements.

Payments may be processed through Santosails Athens' approved online booking and payment platforms, including secure card payment providers.
Accepted payment methods and payment processing details shown at checkout shall apply to the booking.

Santosails Athens makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all information, pricing, schedules, routes, and descriptions published on its website or promotional material are accurate.
However, Santosails Athens reserves the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Santosails Athens and form part of the booking agreement between the guest and the company.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
