All cruises operate subject to weather conditions and the captain's final judgment. If needed, the cruise may be modified, rescheduled, shortened, or cancelled according to the booking terms.

Yes. All guests must follow the captain's and crew's instructions at all times.

In rare cases, Santosails Athens may replace the booked vessel with another of similar or superior category if operationally necessary.

Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Santosails Athens.

A 30% deposit is usually required to secure a booking, unless different terms apply.

The remaining balance is typically charged 72 hours before embarkation, unless otherwise agreed.

Changes and cancellations are possible according to the applicable booking terms and timing of the request.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrival or no-show may result in loss of the booking if departure cannot be delayed.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during and after the cruise.

If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee storage or shipping.
